Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eng. Omar Khasro Akram (UrbPD)
Omar Khasro Akram, Ph.D. is a distinguished Iraqi scholar renowned for pioneering the field of "Reserchology" in the 21st century. His expertise spans a broad spectrum of disciplines, with a focus on enhancing research methodologies in higher education. Dr. Akram is a leading authority in his field, serving as an Expert Member of the International Committee on Historic Cities, Towns, and Villages. He is also a senior researcher and an associate professor in the Department of Urban Studies at the University of London, United Kingdom. Additionally, he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Apina's Foundation in New York, USA. Dr. Akram's academic journey began with a Ph.D. in Urban Planning and Design from University Putra Malaysia. His profound commitment to academia is reflected in his role as a dedicated educator and supervisor of postgraduate students. His research interests are diverse, encompassing Reserchology, Conservation Management, Urban Planning, Urban Design, Housing Planning, Landscape Design, Heritage-Smart Cities, Islamic Architecture, Architectural Methodologies, Environmental Behavior Studies, Socio-cultural Environment, Interior Design, and Theory, Philosophy and History of Architecture. His accomplishments in the field of research represent a journey marked by dedication and continuous development. This journey began with the transformation of philosophical logic into mathematical logic, significantly advancing the field of research and opening new avenues for scientific thinking. Dr. Akram has made considerable efforts in formulating complex research concepts using mathematical equations, establishing key concepts and equations that form the foundation of his understanding of scientific research. In addition, he has integrated new equations into the industrial domain, deepening his comprehension of advanced industrial concepts and enhancing his research skills. This achievement highlights his ability to integrate and adeptly apply various scientific disciplines, including (Natural Sciences; Engineering and Technology; Medical and Health Sciences; Agricultural Sciences; Social Sciences; and Humanities). Asst. Prof. Dr. Eng. Daniel José Franco (IT)
Daniel José Franco, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor and senior researcher at the Faculty of Engineering, Instituto Politécnico de Beja (Portugal). Dr. Franco is a specialist in the privacy algorithm for modbus networks and intrusion detection on modbus SCADA for water distribution systems, having more than 25 publications belonging to the computer networks, computer security, Internet of things, smart cities and smart urban development. He received his doctoral degree in Computer Network from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). The hacking techniques for network security teaching research he established focuses on developing theories and emerging guidelines for hacking network devices. His doctoral findings are now the foundation for two approaches; firstly, highlighting the lack of privacy in modbus communications, and development of a dedicated state-based IDS tailored to modbus SCADA in water distribution systems; Secondly; transforming design education and research while developing his expertise on ONDAS Framework Across Multiple Disciplines and Innovative Research Methodologies aiming to help many professionals to complete their postgraduate studies successfully. From 2008 to 2011, he was a network engineer with the City Hall of Beja, Portugal and from 2011 to 2013, he was a lecturer with the Department of Engineering at Superior School of Technology and Management, Polytechnic Institute of Beja, Portugal. Currently, Dr. Franco became the Main Supervisor and Co-Supervisor for Postgraduate Theses, as well as Co-Founder of ONDAS Academy and CTO at Apina’s Foundation in NY, USA. Moreover, Dr. Daniel is working as a scientific reviewer for IEEE, and Emerald. Since 2014, he is the head of the IT department at the City Hall of Alcácer do Sal, Portugal. Dr. Franco’s awards and honors include the first place in the Summer School on Information and Communication Technologies and Law, Istanbul Kemerburgaz University, Turkey. Dr Franco, has M.Sc. degree in computer security engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Beja, Portugal, in 2014, and received the B.Sc. degree in computer engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Beja, Portugal, in 2007.

Mrs. Nada Fadhel Mohammed Jamil Al-Azawi (German Lit)
Mrs. Al-Azawi graduated with a Degree in History of Literature, German Literature, Germanistik, Baghdad Univerity, Iraq (1980) and a Degree in English Literature by the St. Giles College, Brighton, United Kingdom (1982). She works as a journalist in career humanities and historical and political contexts. Also, she has worked as secretary in different foreign companies (7 years), human resources trainer at the Ministry of Oil in Iraq and at the council of Kurdistan Region Ministries for the United Nations Affairs (OCUNA) (6 years). Moreover, she worked as researcher at the Department of Foreign Relations, Kurdistan Region, Iraq for (11 years). Nowadays, she works as researcher at ONDAS Academy Across Multiple Disciplines and Innovative Research Methodologies.
